AUTUM 2018 WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS WITH MONIKA

SECRED ANATOMY- Basic principles of subtle energy - relationship between emotions and chakras.

BASIC PRINCIPLES OF PRANAYAMA - workshop suitable for minimum 6 months yoga practitioner. 

  • YOGA AND MEDITATION COURSE FOR BEGINNERS - Introduction to Hatha Yoga is 2 hour workshop is focusing on strength and flexibility of each posture,  students are introduced to movements and poses that encourage alignment and promote body consciousness,  be present here and now.  During the workshop students have chance experience what is meditation use simple techniques to focus be more inside of your own feelings, sensation, emotions.

 

  • YOGA MALA-  Introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.Exploration of the theory and practice of the basic principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This workshop is suitable for all yoga beginners and practitioners who have a curiosity and questions about yoga practice. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga exercise class practiced in its correct sequential order. Ashtanga Yoga gradually leads you to rediscover your fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness - physical, psychological and spiritual. Method of self-exploration and transformation helps integrate the male and female (ha / tha) energies of the body.Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (Drishti), we gain control of the senses and a deep awareness of ourselves. By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind. Strength, stamina, and sweat are unique aspects of this traditional Yoga, seemingly contrary to Western perceptions of Yoga. This demanding practice requires considerable effort and taps into and circulates a vital energy throughout the body, strengthening and purifying the nervous system.
